As a single partner, it provides carriers with ramp services, flight operations control and communication, assistance, cargo management, lost and found, and other dedicated services. AGS Handling also deals with extra or exclusive customized services.

Collection of excess baggage and taxes, both at check-in and boarding gates

Passengers can settle disputes by paying cash or debit/credit card using POS devices.

Daily revenue reports are guaranteed by a rigorous back-office activity, each payment receipt is carefully checked and it bears the logo of the handler or airline as needed.

For air carriers that require more controls, AGS offers the possibility of immediate management with tablet/laptop connected with the application software of each airline (service available only at the check-in desk).

POS devices are also available for direct configuration via WiFI, payment receipts can also be processed via carrier software.
